Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to check in.  I’m Linda and my husband, Danny Carlton, runs our message board.  I usually don’t need to visit this site, my husband does well about keeping me updated.  Last night we were talking about the message board and he told me that just about every week a family who has a member just diagnosed with CAH will find our site!!  This almost made me want to cry.  My husband has had this board up for about four years.  That means that at least 200 or more families from all over the world who are seriously searching for answers have been helped.  There have even been occasions when lives have been saved. 

I remember nine years ago when my second son was diagnosed.  When the doctor officially told me about CAH, I had tons of questions and fears and concerns about taking him home.  My husband and I were blessed with a good pedi-endo who made sure we contacted the Magic Foundation.  I was able to have phone conversation with about three other parents with CAH children and would receive a quarterly newsletter from Magic.  Thank God times have changed and my dear husband has been instrumental in making life less stressful for so many who hunger for as much information as they can get about CAH.

I greatly admire and am proud of how my husband has established and continues to improve this excellent message board.  Part of my husband’s life philosophy is that when something difficult (or what we may think of as bad) happens to us it can ultimately turn out for good.  He definitely has practically defined that philosophy through the existance of this website. (I love you, Danny :) ).
