I do know that Body Builders can often get a touch of gyno when they take anabolic steroids.  I don’t see any reason why this cannot occur in boys with CAH to be honest as when the anabolic levels are raised, so to are female hormones.  So I would not be too surprised if the anabolic levels are high.
