The reason why a lot of parent’s on the board have more knowledge in that area is because for the majority we have all taken an additional interest and learned from each other and by researching.  Doctor’s don’t usually discuss the numbers really because it is their job to interpret them and alert us to any propblems.  So I would not change Endo’s because you feel they have not explained these things to you.  Rather just learn a little more about it here etc and then impress him in future appointments or conversations.  ;) 

If on the other hand you learn about it and find he is not controlling your child very well, then this may be a good reason to change Endo’s.
