I am so thankful to hear about all of these problems because it makes us all not feel so alone.  My son, too, had hypospadius, and had a four hour surgery before we knew of his CAH.  We are so lucky that everything turned out ok without his medication.  I wish you both the best and want you to know how your stories help us all.
