My daughter has CAH, she is prader 2. She has not had her surgery yet since her urologist suggested us to wait till her puberty since her vagina is so low. (As her urologist said it is almost there). So we decided to wait.  During the conversation we had with her urologist, he did mention the "leakage" situation in some girls he has seen. He said it is because the urine enters the vagina and when the girl stands up it leaks. He said in those situation he would suggest surgery.
