Kaye - As a child I was told I didn’t  have enough enamel on several back teeth. They were filled so they wouldn’t decay. I had late-onset CAH and had signs as young at 5 years old (maybe younger) but was not diagnosed.- anyway - I wasn’t put on steroids till my late teens (I’m 44 now). So for me it wasn’t the meds......
