That is what my initial thought was as well, that patients with Addison’s would require a higher stress dose than patients with CAH.  But, if a CAH’er has adrenals that are basically performing no function (based on genotype) would they not require a higher stress dose than a CAH patient that has some adrenal function?  On weight loss I thought it wasn’t necessarily the case that one would lose weight?  Just asking.
