Eric, I take from your response that you didn’t have a crisis before you where diagnosed but from the way you claim that you are stashing away vials of solu-cortef in every possible corner I understand that you are having them pretty often now.  My son was off treatment for a short period and didn’t do as well as you mention you did when you weren’t being treated but he didn’t go into a crisis either even though he was constantly being sick.  I was thinking that according to this maybe it’s not that important for him to be stress dosed when he is not feeling well, but now that I read your post I’m starting to reconsider.  How is it supposed to work, are children with this condition more or less susceptible to consequences as they grow older?

When you said that you are not a salt waster where you referring to SV or NC?
