I just wrote about this, it is called gynecomastia, and it can be related to CAH. MY 7 year old SW CAH just developed them in the last month or so, I took him for an exam with his pedatrician and confirmed that he had them, and that he did not have any other signs of puberty. My son is very thin, so that is not the issue with him. I saw a reference to CAH in a gynecomastia web site page, but it did not say wheather is was caused by over or unersupression. My sons bone age was done in june and came back as 6 years old. I just had blood drawn and see the endo at the end of the month, I am anxious to hear what he says. I will post my findings. They also tested his estrodil(sp?) level this time, checking for his estrogen level. This same thing happens when men take steroids, so it could be the kids are being undersuppressed?Martha
