I know nothing about endos in Florida but if you call your local (county) health department, they may be able to point you in a direction that could get you health coverage.  Most (if not all) states have a plan for children with special health needs.  I would try that.  If that doesn’t work, you may try calling health insurance companies who may provide individual plans.
