We are thinking of changing the way we dose our daughter’s meds.  Currently, we give her 5mg of cortef and .05mg of florinef at 7am.  We give her 2.5 mg of cortef and .05 mg of florinef around 3 or 4pm.  We then give 2.5 mg of cortef around midnight.  We just received lab results and our endo advised us to increase the night dose to 5mg.

After reading posts on the Circadian Dosing we were thinking of switching.  We can easily dose her at 4am, 7am, noon and 5pm.  Any advice on the amount for each dose?

She is 5 years old and weight and height have always been pretty good, but we were hoping it might help the mood swings and tiredness.
