Chris DThere is a journal article by Moeller that discusses the schedule for circadian rhythmn dosing. Unfortunately I don’t have an internet site for it - although I think you can find it through PubMed. It recommends a schedule of 33% of the daily dose at 3:00am, 30% at 7:00am, 22% at noon, and 15% at 5:30pm.
We switched our 5 year old son in May - mainly to see if it would affect his excessive weight gain. We noticed his moods have improved significantly - much fewer swings.
