I have asked the same question here before, and several mothers that took dex responded.  Most of them felt it was successfull.  I have a two year old son with SWCAH, and I want more children also!  I imagine I will take the dex; however, I will not make a definite decision until that time comes.  I worry about the side effect on me as well as the baby, but i don’t want my daughter to go through any more than she has too.  Good luck
