Are oral doses of the standard replacement hormones (cortef, florinef,
pred, etc.) impacted by digestion problems? For example, if I have
lower than normal stomach acid, will that decrease the amount of replacement
hormone that gets absorbed? Also, are these hormones absorbed via
the stomach, or are digestion troubles further down (intestines) also
a concern?
