my fiance just had a baby who has cah. her genitals are virilized. the doctors were saying something about a prader scale that goes from 1-5, or something like that. they didn’t give us a number, so i was wondering if you guys could help us figure out what she is. she has an enlarged clitoris, that looks kinda like a little penis, except it is kinda pink and purplish on the tip, like that may be where the sensitive part is. they said she didn’t have a vaginal opening,and the place where she pees from is right under the clitoris, plus her labia (i think thats right) are grown together and are kinda dark and wrinkled. the doctors told us that our baby has ovaries and a uterus so she should be able to have children of her own. does the prader scale have anything to do with fertility? sorry to ask so many questions, but were only 16 and we don’t really know what to think or do. thanks to anyone who can help.
