My four year old has terrible mood swings - I always wondered if it were CAH related.  The blackheads he doesn’t have, but it is probably CAH related.  Hang in there, I know it’s tough, but I just go to a nice quiet place in my head when he acts that way (maybe I dream I am on a beach.)  Good Luck
