Is it possible that your wife actually has nonclassic CAH and is asymptomatic, therefore the Dex was completely absorbed by her body and not synthesized in utero for Ginny?

I was curious as to what they would do if someone (even a carrier of a double mutation say for instance where the normal numbers are high but not enough to show symptoms) did have CAH and is pregnant.  Do they increase the dosage more than they would for someone that is just a carrier?
