Our son is 16 mos old (SWCAH) and i am home with him, but we give our doses at 7am, 3pm, and 10pm.  We were told to come as close to 7/8 hours as possible -I’m guessing since it’s not long lasting, but that’s the time frame that would work? Really, there are many more on the board w/a vast amount of knowledge who will hopefully be able to answer that; as there are also many who dose according to the circadian rhythms.  So far for us, this schedule is perfect for us & for our son.

Regarding the medic alert bracelet, Danny’s says, "Adrenal Insufficiency. Give Hydrocortisone in Emergency." There are variations that will work, but this is what our doctor’s recommended.
