Our daughter is ten yrs old and has SWCAH.  Due to crazy work schedules and the serious concern that maybe someone else caring for her might forget a dose midday we decided with the endo’s blessing that she would take her meds at 8am and 8pm given only by the two of us.  She has been on this dosing schedule since she was about 3 and she is well managed.  No problems regarding medication.......  Good luck.
