I was wondering if anyone has a letter that they have used for their insurance company to show necessity of surgery and why a good surgeon is important.  Our doc will sign one, he just is afraid he won’t make it sound good enough, so he was wanting something to go by. If anyone has one, please let me know by posting or email.
