testing for carriers?

Hi, I have two kids with CAH (7 & 11 yrs. Old), and just recently began thinking about determining once and for all which of my parents were the carrier.  It may not seem important in the scope of things, but my family has been very religious in the tracking of such things so that offspring of Aunts / Uncles, etc. on both sides have medical histories enabling them to determine specific things to be on the lookout for, so to speak.

My Father passed away in an accident many years ago, but my Mother said she would be more than happy to have some blood work drawn up on her if it would help our family’s medical histories accurate.

I know this kind of testing can be done at Cornell, because that’s where my wife I had testing done on ourselves when we were expecting our second child… but are there other places I can have such testing done?

Thanks in advance for any help.
