With a 101 - 102 fever that is continuing, I would be altering Tylenol and Mortran every 4 hours. If you son is young enough to be no the liquid or the chewables you don’t need to wake him to give it. I would also be doing the stress dose every 6 to 8 hours.

If he is old enough to be on food, you have him eat something salty and something sugary -- this seems to really help my daughter. It doesn’t have to be alot, some pretzels or a few saltines and and juice.
