Yes, my son also has more dirty diapers than his older siblings used to have and I was also wondering if it has anything to do with his CAH.  I do nurse (partially) but also nursed the other kids so this shouldn’t say anything.  From the replies here it doesn’t seem like it’s related so I believe it’s just that every kid is different.
