I am 5’1 and now I take .25mg of Dex. When I was first dxed, I was put on .75mg of Dex. 7now 9 yrs later I am  on just a third of that. I weaned down of course, first I was on .5 for a long time, then on .375mg for a long time.....on the dose I am on now I look and feel great, even the puffy cheeks seem to have disapeared.....I too work out 4 days a week.
