Janet is right--it sounds like your daughter might be undermedicated.  I rarely had to add stress doses unless my daughter had something like the flu.   My daughter’s bone age was always higher than her actual age--she is now almost 20 and 4’11", but stopped growing around 14. She was also on Cortef.
