I’m 39 with SW-CAH, 21-hydroxylase.  My endo usually checks ACTH, renin, electrolytes (sodium, potassium) and TSH (I also have hypothyroidism).  Lately he also checks Vitamin D for osteopenia.  I usually go every 6 months.
