We dosed at 3am for two years with great success.  If you’ll send me an email address, I’ll email you a paper I wrote two years ago defending this approach to our endo.  Several others have taken it to their endos in support of the change.  It’s out there somewhere in the archives, but the graphs did not survive the move (and they are the most telling part).   The paper contains some of the references your endo may want to check before approving this approach.
