He began this dosing for my daughter It seems to have been 1 1/2 ago.  I can’t really remember.  She is 3 1/2 and has SWCAH.  She is on Cortef at 3am, 7am, noon, and 5:30 doses.  We began this because she was not growing and since my husband is 6’5" and I am 5’8" we felt this wasn’t right.  We were able to lower her dose on this schedule.  She has grown wonderfully since then!!!  She is 50% in height now!!!!!  This after dropping steadily until being off the charts completely.  Her bone age and levels have always been right on.  Since she has grown so much we have made slight adjustments (increases) in doses.  I firmly believe in this schedule for those that are more sensitive to Cortef.  Good luck.  Julia
