Does anyone know if dissolving the meds for an extended period of time has an effect  on the medicine? We have just began dissolving my sons meds ahead of time. We have a 3 compartment container in which we fill daily with gatorade and let the pills dissolve. Therefore they are dissolving for 24 hours and by the time the med time comes around they are completly dissolved. We are keeping them in the fridge at all times.  We had been letting them dissolve for 8 hours, but there were usually still pill particles left in the container. My son is only 5 mo. old therefore he obviously cannot take the pill yet. Any input?
