I want to thank all of you that either posted or emailed me your information. Thist truly helps. We saw my daughter’s endo. last Tues. I brought the charts to him and he was quite impressed to see such a good chart. I gave him a copy for his use. I told him how I was waiting to see other results but so far believe this is a great way to dose. What prompted all this was not only my daughter’s over supression but his suggestion to only give her the Cortef twice a day, and shifting those two doses within those dose times of the cir. method. My argument was I did not want to drop that last dose of the day. Instead shift the third one in there, but at different times. He supports that shift. Right now we are dosing 5:30 am 3 quarters of a , 5mg tab., then one half at 1:30pm, then one quarter at 9 ish. He thinks the quarter is foolish but my thoughts were, she usually gets sick in the very early hours of the morning and I wanted something small in her system to start off with. I can clearly see this is not a smart dose to follow if I am following the cir. method BUT I am wanted to try it this way and just see how it goes. If her levels prove that this still is not working, then I am going to shift the entire doseage to the cir. method. We had talked in depth about this cir. chart. and it gave great insight to our converstation. Thank you SO much Laura for that awesome chart. I will keep you posted. We should be going for blood work again in Dec. unless she is sick once again. Thanks again everyone! Blessings to you all for good health!Laura
