Our daughter gets her cortef at 8am 4 pm and midnight.  Her florinef comes at 8 am and at 8 (bedtime)  We rarely vary from that schedule. .She is always even tempered and calm. . .when we were fluctuating a little she would tend to be a little more moody but now that we are more concientous about it she seems to be doing a lot better.
