RebeccaMWe thought about that at one time when we were going to put our baby in child care. Since we were using the syringes, we were going to prepare them ahead of time and have the daycare keep it in the fridge or something until time to take. We aksed the endo and she had us ask the pharmacy to call the pharmaceutical company that makes her florinef and cortef. We were told NOT to prepare it ahead of time. They in no way would gaurantee that it would work and that the settling alone might cause problems. I believe this was because of the history of unstable suspensions (since what were going to do is basically the same thing) and their failure.
My two cents....take care!
