re: How many out there are using the circadian rhythm method of dosing?

My 7 year old 21 hydroxylase SW CAH daughter goes through such mood swings when she needs a med change.  This will be most noticeable when we suddenly realize she’s had a growth spurt.  Since we still see the ped endo every 3 months, we catch the change rather quickly.  Once given the new dose of Cortef, her mood evens out.  I can usually tell when she is due for increased Cortef, because my daughter will start pretending she’s a boy.  She’ll ask, "why wasn’t I a boy when I was born, or I would rather be a boy".  We still dose her in the am and pm, upon waking and bedtime (which may vary in time).  I wonder if my daughter would also benefit from this circadian rhythm method of dosing?  Dose anyone have any suggestions?

Pamela :)
