My 2 sons are swcah and they have both taken fludrocotisone twice a day for  most of their lives, they take 1 tablet in the morning and 1/2 a tablet at night. They also take their hydrocortisone at these times 10mgs in the morning and 25mgs at bedtime and so far we have not came across any problems and their blood results have on the whole been fine.
