I use ofoto for my daughter’s album. (ofoto.com)  I take pictures (digital camera) and upload pictures to ofoto.com. The storage is free. If you use traditional camera, you can scan the picture then upload to the site.  Ofoto can create customized calendar using the pictures you choose, but currently they only have 3 layouts. 

I am creating a calendar for my daughter. I use photoshop to "modify" her pictures, changing background, adding special effects, etc.  Maybe we can create an account at ofoto and people can upload pictures there. Then someone "modify" pictures (do we have an artist here? :))  and then we create a customized calendar.
