I know of a mom in Mississipi with a little girl that has Turners and CAH. I could possibly ask her if she would like to talk with you. I believe her daughter is also a mosaic.

I don’t know of any connection between CAH and Turners. Just luck of the draw.  Please email me and I will see if I can get her to correspond with you.
