I was started on Prednisone 40 odd years ago. Then in 1974 was changed to dex - which was the "in thing" with medicos. Then in 1991 after my second bad fall and resultant skin graft was changed back to prednisolone. By this time I had a very bad weight problem. In 2002 I was changed to Hydrocortisone. This has now helped with losing weight. I was up over 16 stone only 5 feet tall.  I feel a lot happier on the HC and my moods have also improved.
