I don’t know anything about the growth hormones, but the meds usually prescribed for CAH can cause emotional problems. I’ve told both of my CAH kids that there will be times that they will feel angry or sad for no reason at all, and it’s just the CAH, and they shouldn’t let it control them. Thy understand that, but don’t always practice it. It does help them to know that the emotions they feel are caused by the medicine, and not something they did wrong, and that they can control it.
