Pubic hair and underarm odor are alarming symptoms for a very young child.  Please ask for a referral to a pediatric endocrinologist now.  The damage done by waiting cannot be completely reversed.

I don’t mean to scare you.  CAH and/or precocious puberty can be effectively treated, but should be treated as soon as symptoms present.  I know parents who would give anything they own for an earlier diagnosis.  Please don’t wait.
