I agree with Laura K.  Please get her treated as soon as possible.  Is she on Lupron or anything to halt puberty?  Going through puberty at age 3 is unthinkable when it is treatable.  The emotions she is feeling are the same that we had at 12, yikes.  Very scary for a 3 year old.  Has she been irritable?  Her symptoms can be stopped and her CAH can be treated.  How was she diagnosed with CAH?  Did they do an ACTH stimulation test and genetic testing?  We had to fire our first endo and we have since found an amazing one!  Keep looking if this endo is doing nothing.  You should also have emergency injections of solucortef and be trained how and when to use them.  Please let us knkow how she is doing and keep us updated.  We know what you are going through and we care.  Take care.  Julia
