Without doing tests there is no way your doctor can diagnose CAH. My friends daughter is 3 and she has pubic hair, breast buds and underarm hair. THey are running a whole battery of tests on her. You have to rule out many things. Many times it is central precocious puberty without any cause (75%-85% of girls). But there are causes such as CAH and tumors. My friends daughter had a CAT scan, blood tests for genetic tests, and ACTH test and an ultrasound. Right now it seems that there is no cause for her early puberty. She will be on daily Lupron shots to halt the puberty. Many of these tests were started by our wonderful pediatrician. If your ped endo is unwilling to do any more maybe your pediatrician can begin some tests while you wait for an appt with an endo. Good luck Julia
