          I also wonder how i’m going to explain this to my daughter. I had a c-section  when i had her they told me a had a little boy. Than they took baby i didn’t even get a chance to see. Hours later  the told me that something was wrong and they have to do more testing , but after another look they said she was a female. We were in the hospital for a week by the time we were left they let me know she was a female the whole week we were in the hospital  every one call her baby martinez  cause we were unsure of her sex that was hard I didn’t know what to tell everyone or think in that matter I never heard anything of this condition. Now I and  every one understands My daughter is going to be 3 yr old Dec  1.  She had had two surgery’s  in the last three years. She had a clitoris reduction. Every thing look normal as possible now. And now we take every thing day by day. I think aslong as  she knows her family loves her and we will be open with her it will be fine.
