Both my 7 year old daughter and I have LOCAH.  My daughter is on Cortef and I am on Prednisone.  It is very important to take the meds at the correct times to prevent problems.  Yes, pregnancy is possible with the condition but it can be 1)very difficult to become pregnant and 2) very hard on the body once pregnant.  I recently delivered a son (5months ago) and I still have not recovered from his birth.  I had a number of complications during my pregnancy and after consulting with my endo, I decided to have a tubal ligation to prevent any future pregnancy.
