We all get to that place where we feel that low. The morning will come, you’ll feel a little better, and you can remember that you can come here any time to meet people just like you, who are dealing with the same things, and life isn’t all that bad after all.

Life is like a long stairway where each step is twice as high as the last. You look up and can’t imagine anyone ever climbing such a staircase, but when you finish tackling the first step, you find you’ve grown. The next step isn’t anywhere near as big as it looked before, and when you finish it, you’ve grown some more.

Take life one day at a time, and slow enough to enjoy the little things God’s given you. A beautiful sunrise, friends and family, the smell of the morning, life and all the wonderful things in it. Divide your problems into one day chunks. It makes them smaller and easier to manage, and ignore if that’s what you really should do with them.
