I am in the process of ordering Medical ID bracelets for my girls from Jenny at Cody Cares ID. Just wanting to see what others have had engraved on their childrens’.  What I have so far is Adrenal Insufficiency on the front. On the back, I have her name, date of birth, and "Give hydrocortisone in Emergency". Any other ideas? Doctor’s name and phone number?
