I have GA medical network BCBS. If the doc is out of network they will cover 60% of the in-network allowed amount-- meaning we have to cover 40% and any costs above the in-network rate. If I can get them to acknowledge an access issue or the fact that they initially misspoke about Poppas’s network status, they will cover 80% and suck up any costs above the in-netowrk rate.

Heh- I was actually born in Canada and still have tons of family up there. I agree, their system is great!
