We are having our twin daughters’ surgeries done next week in Indy by Dr. Rink. We have had the same battle  with our insurance company. But, with a beautiful letter from Kelly Leight stressing the importance of a experienced surgeon, they are paying 100%. She would also be able to tell you if there are any competent docs in GA. I would check with her on this.
