Susan A.Danny - I have always been outgoing and rather loud as well - my parents used to tell me to use my little voice when we went out. I am assertive and I have no problem stating what I feel about things ( as you all know). My brother on the other hand is not like me - he’s only 16 months younger but he is more quiet and reserved. He doesn’t have CAH. I also have not had problems getting up in front of people (of course I’m a teacher too). The loud voice is good for teaching - my voice carries to the back of the room easily - and gets their attention. I am way more moody than he is though..... I think I was a horror to live with in my teens before diagnosis - my moods were SO CHANGEABLE. One minute I would decide one thing - and then I couldn’t believe it that only a few minutes later I had changed my mind - it’s hard for me to make decisions because of that. I don’t like it.
