I was wondering that if the steroids cause thinning of the skin, how soon would one see the change. I know that older people bruise easily due to the thinning of thier skin, so could that be possible with us, because we take steroids? My GP did tell me that my bruising could be a result from taking dex.

 On another note, my daughter takes cortef and I havn’t noticed any bruising, but my fairskinned noncah son bruises a lot, but he’s a wild child and is always falling off, jumping off, jumping on.....well you get the picture.

Also if we lack vitamin K we will bruise too. I remember reading that.
