They aren’t going to do another stim test since he is on meds now and we gave genetic testing that shows that he does have CAH. I think she was doing it more because I had asked for one then out of necessity.

That is interesting that your doc does the stim test IM. How does he interpret the results. Does he say that it is not very accurate or does he goes with the 60 min 17ohp number for the diagnosis. The reason is that I was very pleasently surprised that Nolan’s 17ohp was only at 3000ng/dl after the stim test cosidering that Jackson’s was at 24000ng/dl after his stim test. His was IV though.

I guess it goes to show that there is still no consistency in treatment or diagnosis when it comes to CAH!!
